About

The OER (Open Education Resource) Maths Project is a textbook made in pressbooks that was re-imagined from a unit site. In this project, I worked collaboratively with a Senior Math Professor and Senior Learning Designer to create visuals such as banners, in-line educational visuals, and a textbook cover.

These visuals for the textbook are aimed to help students retain content easier and strike emotion while learning. We did this by creating banners that were categorised into themes (space, land, & sea) while still displaying the content of each chapter and section.

Mathematical Reasoning & Investigation

The Mathematical Reasoning & Investigation was created by Simon James (Senior Maths Professor) and Chris Rawson (Senior Learning Designer). It was illustrated by Erin Cheffers and was published on pressbook by Deakin University on the 16th of June.
